My name is Tracy Bucior and I have been a licensed Virginia Real Estate Agent since 2008. Shortly thereafter, I became licensed in Maryland, as well. I have an extensive background in customer service and enjoy working with people. At the end of each work day, I feel glad knowing that I am helping others achieve their goals and the dream of home ownership. It is such a rewarding feeling to hand someone a set of keys.
I have always had an interest in real estate. I have helped sellers and buyers in the greater Fredericksburg area and in Southern Maryland. My experience includes working with distressed properties and short sales. In addition, I have experience helping clients with rental properties.
My husband and I have renovated and resold houses. We owned and maintained rental properties, as well as renovated our own 125+ year old home in King George. One thing I have learned through the years is that the old saying is true. “There’s No Place Like Home.”
Your home is the comfortable place you return to each night, the place you call your own, the place where you make memories. Through our travels, my family and I have lived in many houses, but nothing beats the feeling of coming home.
