April Green-Kastor

April Green-Kastor, REALTOR®, brings her impressive real estate background to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty.  Born and raised in Southern Maryland, April found her calling and passion for real estate at an early age. Her first job as a teenager was as an assistant to a top producing real estate agent in the Southern Maryland region. She went on to develop a background in the mortgage industry, spending several years as a loan officer/processor.  Understanding how stressful buying and selling a home can be, April is motivated to alleviate stress during the entire real estate process. By using her marketing and negotiation skills, she advocates for her client’s best interests to achieve their desired goals. Her professional background in both the real estate and mortgage industries provide a unique perspective and understanding of financing, allowing April to better service her clientele. Charity is very important to April, as she donates a portion of every commission to a local organization. She splits her time between Southern Maryland and Southern Delaware, where she is also licensed.
