I am a father of two boys, both of them played lacrosse at Stafford High. My highlight of the week is watching them play… wonderful sport. If you enjoy outdoor adventures like me this area has my favorites covered- hiking, whitewater canoeing, sea kayaking, and standup paddle boarding. As an avid long distance runner, our area is a huge supporter of the running community.
