My career in Real Estate Sales started in Virginia working for a builder. I was the Sales Manager for Hour Homes, Inc. and Berkshire Homes, Inc. for 23 years. I sold homes in communities such as Sunningdale Meadows, Stonehill Estates, Brentwood Estates, the Greens & Woods of Park Ridge, Seasons & Somerset Landing, Berkshire, Augustine and more, primarily in Stafford County. I am knowledgeable in construction and functional floor plans and can assist in determining which homes suits your needs best. In addition, I am qualified to assist with finding a lender, neighborhood and schools ideal for your families’ needs. And I know quality construction when I see it.
I joined a local real estate firm in Stafford as a Realtor in 2001. I enjoyed listing homes primarily as I was still involved with builders who would list their homes with me. I joined Berkshire Hathaway Homes Services PenFed Realty in 2017. It has been an exciting opportunity for me to work for a company that is recognized Nationwide. I was recognized by the Fredericksburg Area Builders Association Sales and Marketing Council in 2005 Million Dollar Club for $13.2 Million in New Home Sales and in 2006 Million Dollar Club for $15.3 Million in New Home Sales. I was also awarded by my former firm the True Blue award in 2006 primarily for loyalty to the Company. I received many Sales Awards from 2-10 Warranty Company as well.
In addition, I am President of Hermitage Homes, Inc. a new home construction company I started in 2002. I build only in Stafford and Spotsylvania Counties. I build 2-3 homes a year. I have focused primarily on my new home construction business since 2009, listing and selling the homes I build in addition to working with clients in resales.
I lived in Stafford County from 1987 until I moved to Fredericksburg in 2004, where I currently reside. I love living and working in Virginia as it offers a quality of life, education and values families need and are looking for.
