Quintin is a Stafford County native and a lifelong resident of the Fredericksburg area.
Quintin's local housing knowledge is invaluable as he also holds a Class A Builder's License and has extensive knowledge of the home building process, a vast understanding of building codes and county zoning regulations. He is affiliated with the Fredericksburg Regional Chamber of Commerce and a 2016 graduate of the Chamber’s Leadership Fredericksburg program.
