Thank you for taking the time to learn about me. I've always been passionate about real estate. I love to tour homes and study their architectural structure, floorplans, interior design and so much more! I think about the smallest details in homes, which you won't find in all agents. After buying and selling 10 properties of my own over the past few years, I decided to get licensed and join an industry I love.
I come from a successful career in Corporate America, having served in roles in Hospitality, Tech, and most prominently in Financial Services. What's unique about me is my background in the Mortgage and Consumer Lending industry. I was proud to serve Wells Fargo Home Mortgage for a decade as a Sr Leader and Vice President across many roles in Sales and Operations. When I left Wells Fargo and started a Consulting business, I served the Fannie Mae organization as an Executive Consultant in Sales Enablement. This experience serves me well to help my real estate clients with what can be one of the most complex aspects of buying and selling property. It's a unique value proposition. Not only, will I fiercely advocate for you as your Real Estate Agent, but I can also guide you throughout the financing process. Rates are at historic lows. The jumbo market is still a bit tricky. And documentation and choosing the right lender is paramount to a smooth home buying and selling process. You get a lot of experience and passion when working with me.
My husband and I live full time in Howard County, MD in an award wining community called Maple Lawn. It's a traditional Neighborhood Development, which is the epitome of "Live, Work, & Play," It was a dream of ours to move here and have owned 2 different houses in the community. Previously, we lived and owned property in Baltimore City for nearly 15 years. My husband, Dr. Thomas E England, DMA PA ( aka "Ernie"), owns and leads own of the original and most successful Dental Practices in Howard County. His patient-centered, modern technology practice is one the pre-eminent Dental offices. Several generations of families come to see him and drive many miles (even out of state) to see him, Additionally, he has served in leadership roles for the MSDA and Donated Dental. We're proud HoCo residents and our legacy runs deep. I studied Music Performance from Ithaca College, hold a Bachelor's from Cornell University, and an MBA from University of Maryland Global Campus. I love great Food, Wine, Travel (can't wait for the Pandemic to be over), Tennis, Music, Theater, Beaches, Dogs, and of course: HOUSES!
From a business perspective, my focus will be Howard County, but considering my vast living/working experience will also be happy to serve Baltimore City. That said, I can help or refer in any part of our great state of Maryland. In addition, for my Eastern Shore clients, I am in the process of getting my License in Delaware!. Since, the late 2000's, I've been fortunate to own properties in Rehoboth Beach, DE. We've enjoyed spending time at our second homes at the beach. I know the market well and am looking forward to helping clients with rental, second home, and retirement properties at the beach.
