HomeServices PenFed Realty, Hamilton Branch as Realtors®; whose goal is to
represent the best interest in your real estate decision making process by assisting
you through every part of the real estate transaction, and offering complete
services including Relocation, Mortgage Services, Title & Settlement
Services, and a Home Warranty.
Prior to creating Team MAP,
Maricarmen lived in Mexico and served as a bilingual Preschool Teacher in Euroamerican School of
Monterrey, where she was responsible for developing curriculum's for
over 25 students annually. Prior to Euroamerican School of Monterrey,
Maricarmen was employed by San Patrick’s School and Brillamont Institute, where
she held similar positions.
Maricarmen received a B.S.
in Educational Science with a Minor in Early and Preschool Education in
University of Monterrey, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude, all while
successfully completing a graduate level thesis: Strategies that Promote the
Sense of Commitment to Education for both Students and Teachers. In 2018, Maricarmen moved to the USA and started a new career as a Realtor and holds an active Virginia Real Estate Salesperson License: #0225245201.
Phillip is an experienced
real estate professional with a demonstrated history of working in the real
estate industry. During his career, he has managed over 3.2 million square feet
of commercial data center space at Digital Realty. Prior to his role as a Real
Estate Manager, Phillip served as an Analyst on an Asset Management and Financial
Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team for Residential and Resort Management
firms, respectively.
Phillip received a B.S. in
Commerce with a concentration in Information Technology and a Commercial Real
Estate Track as well as a Double Major in Spanish from the University of
Virginia. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Georgetown University with a
Masters in Real Estate Finance where he completed his graduate thesis:
Considerations When Choosing Between Public and Private Real Estate
Investments. Phillip is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and Certified
Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate and holds an active Virginia Real
Estate Salesperson License: # 0225244932.
