Mi’Cher Matome, who
also goes by the nickname MiMi, has achieved a Bachelor's degree in both
Business Administration and Political Science. Over the course of more than two
decades, Mi’Cher has accrued extensive experience in various industries,
including Project/Program Management, Legal, Finance, Acquisitions, and
Contracts. During this time, she has worked in both the Federal Government and
private sectors. Mi’Cher is passionate about helping her clients solve
problems, and she takes pride in standardizing processes for them. She operates
with the motto of "Solution Driven; Never Problem Focused" and
executes this philosophy on a daily basis.
For more than eight
years, Mi’Cher owned a transportation business, during which time she also
served as a Lyft Ambassador and worked for a local ride-share start-up in DC.
She relished the opportunity to explore the area, network with people from all
over the world, and develop new relationships outside of an office environment.
Her lifelong experience in the DMV area has provided her with a wealth of
knowledge and a deep understanding of the local market, which will be
advantageous in her current role in real estate.
Mi’Cher has a range
of interests outside of work, including traveling, decorating, beauty,
community outreach, and spending time with her family. In particular, she
cherishes her weekly date nights with her husband and three sons, during which
they can unwind, connect, and discuss the events of the past week, as well as
the plans for the upcoming week.
