Hello there!  If you've found your way to my page, then congratulations!  You've made the first big step in buying or selling a home!  Allow me to tell you a bit about myself any why I am the perfect choice for you as your real estate agent.

I was born on the eastern shore of Maryland and have lived here my entire life.  When I graduated high school, I got my degree in applied sciences and started to work in the field of computers right away.  After over 15 years of web site design and computer repair, I decided to make a change to real estate because I figured it was a venue to meet new and exciting people.  (Sitting behind a computer gets kinda lonely.)

So here I am!  I've been selling real estate for over 5 years in both Maryland and Virginia.  I service all of Wicomico, Worcester, and Somerset Counties in Maryland, and Accomack County in Virginia.  In a short time, I have become a multi-million dollar producer, was nominated for the 2014, 2015, and 2016 Rising Star award from the Coastal Association of REALTORS®, and hold the e-PRO® certification from the National Association of REALTORS® as well as the ABR designation.  I serve as chairperson of the technology committee for the Coastal Association of REALTORS® and serve on the board of directors.  I am also one of the foremost experts on the Captain's Cove Development in Greenbackville, VA.  I specialize in new home construction, foreclosure/REO sales, short sales, and residential resales.  I am also a member of five REALTOR® associations.

If you are a buyer, I will walk you through the whole process of purchasing a home.  We will start with procuring your financing, then we will view homes in your price range, write an offer, negotiate terms, and set up inspections.  I will then assist you with the closing of the property, hand you the keys to your new home, and await my invitation to your next barbecue.

If you are a seller, I will provide a free comparative market analysis of your home which will tell us a fair market price based on other similar listed homes in your neighborhood.  From there, I will write up a listing agreement, place a sign on the property, place the property in the multiple listing service (MLS), syndicate your listing to over 30+ websites, design a property specific website showcasing your home, design high-quality brochures for prospective buyers, and take professional grade photos of your property for advertising.
