Currently licensed in Maryland, D.C.—and now, in Delaware—Hammersmith is the team lead of the very successful Hammersmith Team, which is in the top 2% of producers in the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network. He began his real estate career in 1989 where he has amassed a string of accolades, including Rookie of the Year, Top Producer, and membership in PenFed Realty’s Chairman’s Circle/PenFed Elite.
Keith Sharp, licensed in Maryland since 2004—and now, in Delaware as well—joined PenFed Realty in 2021. Sharp’s foundation in business management and information technology has enabled him to develop a strong career in real estate sales where he has amassed an impressive track record of referrals from past clients.
