Bethesda, MD, (Oct. 23, 2023) — Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty, one of the fastest-growing real estate brokerages in the region, is pleased to announce that industry veteran Courtney Jill Griffiths has joined the company as branch manager of the Bethesda, Capitol Hill, and Dupont Circle offices.
Griffiths, a twenty-year industry veteran, is leading a team of over 100 real estate agents in one of the busiest markets in the Mid-Atlantic region. She takes over for long-time leader Joy Liberti, who retired recently after 12 years with the company, and reports to Regional Vice President Joe Bray.

A University of Maryland graduate and long-time resident of the Old Line State, Griffiths began her real estate career in Potomac, Md. twenty years ago. After a successful sales career where she received numerous awards, Griffiths vaulted into a management role in 2014. An early adopter of technology and a proponent of continuing education, Griffiths is singularly poised to share her expertise and guide her real estate professionals as they grow and expand their businesses.
